Supply Chain Management Conceptual Supply Network

A supply chain is a basic element of the growth of the manufacturing period. So far both could not work without it. A recent development in this era of new business strategies that must minimize risk in business by using friendly environment machinery, social acknowledgment as the requirement of the Government to the smooth and sequential running of a business operation. (Amlan M., Helen M., 2010). The supply chain could improve the cash transaction, manufacturing cost of materials, and communication flaws by planning of the company’s coordination to correlate finance, the society that helps to end-user and stakeholders. (Craig C., Dale R., Nov 2007) ( Seuring amp. Müller, 2008) (Lutz P., 2009). Supply chain management is a core element of any manufacturing phenomenon that engages in producing commodities or preparing unfurnished materials. (Anna N., Ladimer S., 2010 ). A satisfaction of society is always the responsibility of the supply chain management (Laura S., Michael B., 2009). Over the passage of time, the industrial progress has triggered a process of adaptability and innovation in all the things related to industrial manufacturing, services, and even consumers. A new term has been coined recently i.e. corporate responsibility, it represents and incorporates social, financial, ethical and even ecological challenges that are faced by corporations that are trying to adopt sustainability factors in their supply chains. The following are the key features of a sustainable supply chain. Wastage: disposal of waste materials is the key responsibility of a supply chain management to satisfy the society by assuring the recycling or safe disposal of the nontoxic elements that can be harmful to human beings. Water management: usage of water in every part of a business is necessary to control its wastage on priority bases. Globally a shortfall in water resources is the burning issue or current scenario is a big threat for the supply chain management.
