I-A-1: Whats My Basic Personality? – My basic personality is a combination of being an agreeable, conscientious, and emotionally stable individual. My highest scores were in these characteristics. I feel that I am an individual who is easy going due to the fact that I am very calm and flexible when a difficult situation arises. I am a trustworthy individual because others feel comfortable in confiding in me, and I work well with others in different environments. Along with my good-nature, when analyzing the personality assessment I recognized that I am one who is determined, dependable, and has a will to aim high to reach my goals. I scored a 15 in the category of conscientiousness, which perfectly fits be personality to work hard in order to be successful.
I-A-2: Whats My Jungian 16-Type Personality? – According to the Jungian 16-Type Personality, my personality is characterized as ENFP (Extraversion, Intuition, Feeling, and Perception). ENFPs are enthusiast people who want to learn from experiences. ENFPs are motivators since they are passionate about their goals and develop lasting relationships. Like most ENFPs, I want to experience the world and perform my best in social situations. I am good at handling difficult situations since my deep perception and intuition helps in guiding me to the best solution. As an ENFP, one possible career choice is conflict mediator, which is one quality of an effective leader.
I-B-2: How Involved Am I In My Job? ­– My involvement with my job rates 50 on the personality score test which means that I have a high involvement in my job. Although I am passionate about most things in my life, there are times when my passion takes a setback and I get more interested in other activities.
