Under proper conditions, people can learn to accept and seek responsibility to follow his style of management and personal characteristics.

The concept of perception means that people select from the environment around them the information they need the most. The process of perception includes comprehension of sounds, shapes, smells, colors, pain, movement, taste, touch, pressures and feelings.
